What did you think of the wiki presentation and workshop? (please add!)

• (-) procedure unclear: email verification neccessary? join the wiki? create own wiki?
• (-) no choice in topic
• (-) some students had no computer access -> teams should have been composed accordingly
• (-) too little time for completing assignment
• (-) the explanation of positive interdependence wasn't satisfactory -- please read and add to social interdependence
• the participants should've been made aware that they shouldn't use copy/paste but produce their own text. Copy/paste has nothing to do with constructing knowledge!

Would you use a wiki in the classroom?

The task

Let's develop a wiki on "Wikis in the classroom" together!

1. Please sign up with wikispaces
2. In pairs, choose one of the topics provided. Research on the net or use the presentation as a starting point.
3. Create your page by clicking "new page" in the menu on the left and start editing!
   • use given questions as a guide, add you own thoughts
   • structure your page (headings, enumerations etc.)
   • include links to external pages (sources, further reading), internal links, pictures, videos...
   • time: 20 min.
